Metode Preference Selection Index Dalam Menentukan Distribusi Alat Pelindung Diri di Yogyakarta

World Health Organization (WHO) telah menetapkan Coronavirus Disease 2019 atau COVID-19 sebagai sebuah ancaman pandemi. COVID-19 yang telah menginfeksi jutaan orang di Indonesia mengakibatkan stok Alat Perlindungan Diri (APD) di rumah sakit dan fasilitas kesehatan lain di berbagai daerah di Indonesia mulai menipis salah satunya Yogyakarta, Oleh sebab itu YARIN (Yayasan Al-Abrar Rashin Indonesia) yayasan yang bergerak di kemanusiaan dan pendidikan yang selalu berkomitmen sebagai penolong bagi masyarkat yang membutuhkan di sektor kemanusiaan dan pendidikan juga ikut andil dalam memberikan bantuan APD khususnya di daerah Yogyakarta.Dalam menentukan sasaran distribusi Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), maka perlu dibuat Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) agar mempermudah dalam mengambil keputusan. Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan melibatkan analisis serangkaian alternatif yang dipertimbangkan secara bersama sehingga ditemukan alternatif terbaik. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Preference Selection Index (PSI). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode PSI memiliki akurasi 90% dan lebih unggul jika dibandingkan beberapa penelitian terdahulu. Selain itu metode PSI juga dapat disebutkan sebagai metode dengan pengambilan keputusan yang lebaik daripada metode AHP, Topsis, Fuzzy, Promethee II, dan Fuzzypada studi kasus distribusi APD karena pada pengambilan keputusan tidak menentukan bobot masing-masing kriteria sehingga mempermudah pengambil keputusan dalam mengambil keputusan secara maksimal.
