Pengukuran e-Readiness Teknologi Informasi Pada Perangkat Pemerintahan Desa Panyocokan Jawa Barat Dalam Menuju Desa Berteknologi Informasi

Kebutuhan informasi bagi pengelola kegiatan Desa sangat penting, khususnya bagi Kepala Desa dan para staf di kantor Desa, maupun para pengelola unit kerja di lingkungan Desa Panyocokan Ciwidey. Informasi dibutuhkan agar ekeftifitas layanan kepada publik dapat meningkat. Evaluasi dan pengambilan keputusan di lingkungan Desa Panycokan selama ini dirasakan lambat karena dukungan informasi yang kurang baik terkait dengan jumlah konten yang diharapakan dan kecepatan serta kualitas informasi yang kurang baik. Kebutuhan informasi saat ini dilakukan manual dari catatan-catatan buku besar kegiatan yang diolah per periode bulanan dan belum menggunakan sarana bantu teknologi pengeolahan data yang baik. Selain itu sulit untuk mengakses informasi Desa, bila stackholder berada jauh di luar kantor.
Penelitian dimaksudkan untuk mengukur tingkat e-readiness Perangkat Desa terhadap penggunaan Teknologi Informasi Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan 5 faktor, yaitu: enterprise readiness, human resources readiness, information readiness, ICT readiness, dan external environment readiness. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil studi kasus di Desa Panyocokan, Kecamatan Ciwidey Kabupaten Bandung Jawa Barat.
Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menunjukkan tingkat e-readiness sesuai faktor-faktor yang digunakan. Hasilnya akan digunakan untuk meningkatkan literasi teknologi informasi aparat desa yang dilakukan dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang menjadi prioritas sesuai kondisi dan karakteristik di lingkungan Desa Panyocokan.
